Merging art and science, Steve Arcone creates photographs of abstract-appearing natural subjects such as ice crystals, oil flows and spider webs. These photos are concerned with the interplay of light with the subjects. A career at the Cold Regions Lab in Hanover sparked Steve’s interest in photographing and understanding nature’s incredible structures.
